Not a traditional vindaloo but so easy to make, and with that great authentic indian taste without being too hot and spicy! Also accommodates the dairy and gluten-free diets.
An easy dish to make when you're low on food in the house but want to whip up a hearty meal with all those eggs!
Real comfort food, and unfortunately will be too good for leftovers!
This recipe uses a few spices that can be hard to get hold of, but your local ethnic foods store should be able to help you out. If you want to recreate those authentic indian restaurant tastes, you need to look a bit further than your local supermarket for some of the ingredients.
An absolute favorite recipe of ours. It can feed a small or large family, not to mention all the hidden vegetables your kids won't notice they're eating. If you have a crock pot, simply throw together all the ingredients and cook on low for the day, until you're ready to serve in time for tea.
Using the gluten free pizza dough recipe from our site to make these curried pastries.

A meal in one dish and another no-fail classic recipe that the family will love.
A heathier version of the much loved Potato and Tuna Pie recipe. This uses mashed potato and vegetables of your choice, but is just as delicious. The tuna may also be replaced with canned salmon if desired.
A weekly favorite in our household. It makes a generous sized pizza, and gives a nice crispy base if using a pizza stone. You can top it with any vegetables in season, and it makes a great lunch leftover the following day.

Desserts

Bread making

If you need (or choose) a gluten-free diet, bread can be one of the most difficult foods to give up. Gluten-free bread is expensive to buy, and many people think it is hard to make. However, with a little practice you can save yourself money and enjoy much more bread in your diet.
Delicious served with soup, the onion in this loaf gives it that extra kick.
If you have a bread maker, this is a tasty and nutritious loaf we have perfected and use time and again. It will keep longer if sliced and stored in the freezer.
