Gluten-free pizza dough

An easy to prepare gluten-free pizza dough. Alternatively, you can use 2 cups of the pre-prepared gluten-free flour mix in place of the following measurements.

Method

Combine all flour and baking powder, and mix thoroughly. Mix through oil. Add water slowly and mix, until flour begins to form a dough. Spread dough on a greased pan or pizza stone.

Top with your favorite toppings. Cook for 30 minutes at 200°C, or until base has browned.
