Make colloidal oats by blending 2 tsps of uncooked oats in a coffee grinder, food processor or other blending appliance. They must be of the unrefined variety - not instant or rolled which are precooked, dried, rolled, heat treated and have less nutritional value.

Take 1/2 C of the prepared shea, cocoa, and avocado body butter and blend this oatmeal powder into the butter.

Spoon this mixture into a separate sterilised container and return to the fridge to cool and set or leave to set at room temperature depending on your preference for a hard or soft body butter.
