• 75gms butter
  • 1 good cup flour
  • 350gms tasty cheese, grated


Rub butter and flour together.  Add cheese and mix with a little water to make a firm dough.  Roll out very thin. Cut into fingers.

Preheat oven 250 - 260C.  Put the biscuits in and immediatly turn down to 180C.  

Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown.  Keep an eye on them.  Re-heat oven for subsequent batches.
