- 6-8 sausages
- 400g canned or chopped tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste or tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp basil (dried)
- 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- ½ C beef stock (instant) or ½ tsp dry beef stock mixed with ½ c water
Place the sausages in the crock pot.
Mix together the tomatoes, paste, vinegar, mustard, basil, worcestershire sauce, and beef stock.
Pour mixture over the sausages.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
